I have always been an avid reader, but this was the first non-fiction book that really grabbed my attention and helped me make changes to my day-to-day habits. The author isn't preachy about what you should be doing with your time, he just provides evidence of how small changes can make big impacts in your life over time. He also gives some great tips for overcoming procrastination which are very helpful when deciding if you want to read this book or not!
